Friday 7th July 2023 “As soon as we booked to visit Glen Lodge Beckiee was incredible, you could tell she absolutely adored her work as it just radiated from her whenever she spoke to you. The outside veranda sealed the deal for us and became the place we choose to get married. We had just over 2 years from the date we booked to the day we got married and every step of the way Beckiee was incredible. She physically couldn’t of been more attentive, kinder, or helpful. On the day of our wedding the sun was shining and we couldn’t of asked for a more perfect day. Beckiee made me feel, as the bride, literally like the most beautiful bride she’d ever seen. The whole day ran as it should due to the great team work from all- members of staff, but most importantly Beckiee and Keeleigh. The food was absolutely incredible, every single guest shared with me that it was the best wedding food they’d ever eaten. It didn’t go unnoticed by a lot of guests how attentive Keeleigh was throughout the whole wedding breakfast. Making sure everyone was happy and satisfied and getting anything that was needed for anyone. Each and every single member of staff at Glen Lodge were welcoming, kind, and more importantly, just happy to be there and doing the job. Which I think is really hard to come by nowadays and says a lot of how the venue is run and how the staff are looked after. We are extremely sad that our time with Glen Lodge is over and would recommend the venue to anyone that will listen. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Clean, fresh and very obviously looked after. Every little detail, from the basket of fresh pastries brought to the bridal team the morning of the wedding. To Beckiee and Keeleigh wiping my tears and calming my nerves before I walked down the aisle, to the night time staff getting involved and having a good time alongside the guests, made our day the absolute best wedding day we could of asked for. We genuinely believe that our day was as good as it was because of Glen Lodge and the incredible team that work there. Thank you from the absolute bottom of our hearts, nothing we write will truly explain how much of a wonderful place Glen Lodge is. We will definitely be back to visit.”

Saturday 10th June 2023 “We would like to thank all the staff at Glen Lodge for making our special day so perfect. Beckiee especially has been flawless throughout the whole process. Both Beckiee and Keeleigh ensured everything ran perfectly on the day, which was a huge help. Glen Lodge was the first venue we saw and we knew when we drove up it was the one, it was perfect in every way. We were so pleased with everything and when we met with Beckiee we were sold then and there, with how she came across and how helpful she was. The list of suggested contacts was extremely helpful and we picked some amazing suppliers from this. Through the process of organising the wedding, of course we had to visit Glen Lodge and try all of the food they had to offer. We were extremely impressed with the food quality and quantity and the staff were always so great so we knew we were in very good hands. When we first booked with Glen Lodge unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to stay on the premises. We were so pleased when Beckiee announced they were building accommodations, we of course couldn't turn this down. We took the opportunity to visit and were so impressed, the rooms were even better than expected. Of course we booked these up as soon as we could for our room and for family and friends. The staff were amazing! On the day everything was already set up and organised, so we didnt need to do a thing. Everything was organised perfectly and exactly how we imagined. We were very grateful for the lovely weather, meaning we were able to have our ceremony outside and get photos around the beautiful golf course. We had an amazing 3 course meal and for the evening we had picked incredible street food. Unfortunately we were gutted we didn’t get to try this, due to the obviously very busy day we didn't quite manage to have appetite for everything. Our family and friends however, have informed us how incredible it all was. Thank you all again for everything!”

Saturday 3rd June 2023 “Wow, what a venue for a perfect wedding day! Myself and my fiancé, had been to Glen Lodge previously for other events such as birthday parties & our own Baby Shower! So, when we started looking for a wedding venue it was of course at the top of our list. We had viewed lots of places, but we found the atmosphere at Glen Lodge to suit us perfectly. It was modern, relaxed, clean, calm and the perfect size. We loved the fact that the room has its own bar, which kept everyone together enjoying the day, but there is the option of the conservatory and Clubhouse bar for a bit of quiet. Another fantastic feature is the outdoor area, on the same level which was perfect for our wheelchair user guest and the children were able to safely run around! It is a beautiful location, the photographs taken on the golf course in the sunset are stunning. When we first met Beckiee, the wedding and event manager, we felt in safe hands. She is always professional, polite, accommodating and really makes the effort to understand each couple. She is fast and responsive via email and helped us plan every detail of our day, nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble. And on the day, she orchestrated it perfectly, she helped guide us through each stage – greeting us from the Church with a glass of Champagne each was a great reception!! Beckiee and her brilliant hospitality team laid out the room exactly as we wanted, after months of planning, seeing it on the day knowing everyone had taken the time to get it perfect for us was completely overwhelming. Our close family and bridal party stayed in the accommodation overnight, the rooms are amazing. We loved having the day after, relaxing in the Bridal Suite, opening cards/presents and talking through the day with each other – whilst enjoying a glass of fizz in the hot tub!! We couldn’t recommend the stay enough, and they really made a fuss of us at Breakfast the next morning. Overall, we truly believe the success of our wedding day comes down to the team at Glen Lodge. The Bar staff and waitressing team carried the day, the food was incredible, and we all had the best day of our lives. We cannot thank you enough. Thank you for the memories!”

Friday 12th May 2023 "Glen lodge was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and set a lovely backdrop for the wedding. We saw our friends married here a few years ago and loved it! It also helped having already experienced an amazing wedding there and seen first hand how smoothly it all went. Since we first booked Glen Lodge a year and a half ago the process up until the big day was made so easy and stress free. Thanks to the help of Beckiee and Keeleigh who were both incredible throughout the process. Between the initial outline of the wedding, monthly update meetings closer to the day, countless emails and many phone calls, both knew exactly what we wanted and everything fell into place perfectly. They are two of the loveliest people for which nothing is to much trouble! With such friendly, kind and caring personalities that make you feel so comfortable it really was such an absolute pleasure to work with them. We really cannot thank them and all the staff at Glen Lodge enough for all their hard work and efforts towards and on our special day. It really was a day to remember and we couldn't be happier about how it went! ❤️"

Friday 21st April 2023 “All throughout our wedding planning process and on the day itself Glen Lodge were amazing and made everything so easy! Beckiee and the team were always on hand if we needed a question answered, and changed the menus slightly to incorporate all of our unique ideas/requirements for our guests - even down to making custom meals for a few people! On the day Beckiee was with us from the moment we arrived until way into the night, helping me with my dress, putting my bouquet in water so it didn't go flat, and keeping timings running just right. Glen Lodge has amazing accommodation, is such a peaceful and beautiful location, has delicious food, and all for a great price. A few of our guests even went back for a meal the next day before travelling back - what a compliment! We are so pleased we chose Glen Lodge as our venue and this review only scrapes the surface of how helpful they were. They made our day truly wonderful, we would recommend them to anyone.”

Saturday 18th March 2023 “We chose this venue because of its beautiful surroundings but what we didn't realise it is we would also be gaining such an amazing team. Beckiee was there every step of the way answering every question and reassuring throughout. On the day they set up and it was more than I could of hoped for they made sure everything was flawless and were there every step. We would have our wedding day there again in a heartbeat 💓. Sunday 26th February 2023 "Glen Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would be for our special day. From the moment we met with the coordinators nothing was ever too much trouble, and they are certainly there to make sure your day is exactly how you want it to be. Beckiee especially helped so much with advice and suggestions, she is amazing at what she does, a huge bonus for having Glen Lodge as your venue! All of our guests commented on what a great choice the venue was how much they enjoyed the food and how relaxed they felt throughout the day. Not one part of the wedding venue process was stressful and that is down to Beckiee and the wonderful team at Glen Lodge. We couldn’t have been happier with how our day went"
