The Barnard Suite, complete with its own bar, offers a wide selection of drinks, enhancing the experience. The venue is equipped with air conditioning to keep guests comfortable during the warmer months and heating along with warm lighting to create a cosy ambiance during cooler times.

VENUE DETAILS.

The venue features an optional partitioning wall for space customiSation and a conservatory area adjacent to the main Clubhouse, ideal for quieter moments or special displays like photo booths. It accommodates up to 120 seated guests or 180 standing, with flexible arrangements based on table layout.

Various table sizes allow for intimate or expansive setups, and the top table can be positioned against a stone wall or large windows for stunning photographic backdrops.

LOCATION.

Our veranda decking area is one of the venue’s true focal points, overlooking the Bawburgh Golf Course & Yare Valley, it’s simply perfect for outdoor ceremonies & photographs.

All of our catering is provided by our talented in-house team, who aim to offer vast options of high-quality dishes. Our front-of-house team are also passionate about the unique high quality service they will be delivering for you on your special day.

Our standard package offers the flexibility to choose up to three dishes for each course, ensuring a variety of options for your guests, including a vegetarian choice. All selections need to be pre-ordered to accommodate everyone's preferences effectively.

DIETARY NEEDS.

We accommodate all dietary needs with care and can adjust your menu accordingly. If you require vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or any other specific dietary options, please inform us in advance so we can ensure your menu is perfectly tailored to your needs.

FORMAL DINING.

We offer a variety of formal catering options, including:

Starters - A good mixture of traditional and exciting starter ideas to select for your menu. All accompanied with a warm bread roll.

Main courses - A selection of meat, fish & vegetarian dishes available to choose from.

BBQ - As your main course, our BBQ is cooked and served outside for authentic, smoky flavours, accompanied with a variety of salads.

Carvery - Give your guests the freedom of filling their own plates from our carvery.

Desserts - A selection of delicious desserts to choose 3 options from, or opt for one of our five-ways desserts.

Afternoon tea - Create your own menu of sandwiches, scones, savouries, macarons and cakes. Served traditionally on tiers.
