16-21 hours a week, including weekends and evenings. Overtime available in peak periods.
Starting pay depending on experience and ability.
Bar and restaurant experience required.
Passion for customer service required.
Must be 18 or over and have your own transport.

Main duties and tasks include:
- Day to day service meeting customer food and beverage requirements to a high standard from breakfast through to evening.
- Wedding & event hospitality service from arrival drinks to formal dinner service.
- Bar and cellar duties inclusive of changing barrels.
- Stock duties including stock rotation, counting, date checking and storage.
