2025 Veteran's Charitable Activity

This years Vets Captain Martin Jermy’s chosen charity is the Alzheimer’s Society

Dementia is one of the biggest health crises of our time. No doubt many of you have seen this close at hand and may have lost family and friends to this horrible disease.

It is estimated that there are currently 900,000 people in the UK living with dementia, many are undiagnosed and facing the realities of their condition alone and this figure could rise to 1.4 million by 2040.

Martin has chosen the Alzheimer’s Society for the vital work they do in dementia support by helping those living with the disease as well as funding research to better understand the causes of dementia, develop treatments and ultimately find a cure.

Martin is proud that we are supporting such an important and worthy cause which could bring lifechanging benefits to many.

Steve had chosen the East of England Air Ambulance due to the vital work they carry out in the region and to keep this charity work active they continuously require all the support they can get. Steve has also said that due to the nature of the game we play there is a distinct possibility that we may require their services at some point and he is very happy that we are supporting such an important and worthy cause.
